How to insert a hyperlink in word ?

ADDITION A HYPERLINK

Hyperlink can be added to a report to go to a specific location or file in the computer, it can also be sed to get connected to the internet and visit the specified Web site.When a hyperlink is added to a report, it is placed in the upper-left corner of the detail section by default. User can place a hyperlink at any position and any section in the report.


To add a hyperlink:

1. Open the report in the design view.

2. On the design tab,in the Control group ,click Insert Hyperlink.

3. Select the text that has to be displayed from Current Folder or give the link of any Web address from Browsed pages.

4. Click OK to insert the hyperlink in the report.
